Dr. William Grant Huffman

Dr. William Grant Huffman: William Grant Huffman graduated from both Oberlin College and Western Reserve College University and then received his license to practice medicine in Richmond on August 21, 1896. He was named the city physician in 1915 and continued this job for 22 years. He was also a captain in the Medical Corps during the World War. He also owned an apartment complex for low-income residents.
