Dr. Desma Allen APRN, DNP, FNP-C Allen graduated from IVY Tech’s LPN program in 1998. As soon as she started taking care of patients, she knew she wanted to do more. She completed her degree as an ASN in 2005. Her BSN degree in 2008.

She attended Felician College and completed a Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2013. She continues to give back by teaching Nurse Practitioners online through Olivet Nazarene University.

She finished her terminal nursing degree (the term used for the highest academic degree that can be awarded in a particular field), and then a Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2018.
