Kate Deloney

Kate Deloney spent 21 years in the Army Reserve, being called to active duty in 1991 to support troops at Ft. Benning, Georgia during Operation Desert Storm. Her work in Richmond was equally as important. In her role at Genesis, the YWCA’s shelter for women, she assisted those who were victims of abuse.
