Toni Johnson is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and proud mom, originally from Richmond, Indiana. Academically accomplished, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Indianapolis and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. With over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, Toni currently serves as a Project Manager at Eli Lilly, where she leads complex clinical supply and manufacturing initiatives.

Driven by a passion for empowerment and access to opportunity, Toni launched CareerAxis in 2025—an online career coaching and readiness platform designed to help candidates strengthen their resumes, improve interview skills, and confidently navigate their career journeys.

In 2026, Toni expanded her impact into K–8 education with the launch of WordUp Tutoring, an online academic platform supporting families through a blended learning model. WordUp combines AI-guided academic support with optional 1:1 live tutoring to help students tackle homework challenges, build confidence, and develop stronger learning habits.

When she’s not mentoring others or building new ventures, Toni enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her 12-year-old son. She firmly believes that joy is just as important as success—and brings both into every aspect of her life and work.
